• Dr. Salama is an experienced surgeon, one of “Seattle’s Top Doctors” and as such he is typically not available for emergencies unless you are a “private surgeon patient.”
• Physician emergency room visits even if Dr. Salama is not on call.  No need to see that New surgeon just out of training who is on call in the ER and does not know you
• Low physician/patient ratios
